Including meditation practice, pranayama (breathing) techniques, optional vocal mantras, gentle mobility and flexibility exercises through Somatic Movement and more dynamic flowing yoga. Accompanied by dreamy harmonium, utilising essential oils, and finishing with a nourishing brunch.
